* IMPACTS...TRAVEL THROUGH GUADALUPE PASS WILL BE DIFFICULT FOR
HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES. DANGEROUS HIKING CONDITIONS. CLEAR AIR
TURBULENCE FROM MOUNTAIN WAVES WILL MAKE FLIGHT CONDITIONS
HAZARDOUS FOR LOW FLYING LIGHT AIRCRAFT.
